When this surgery is closed in the evenings and at weekends you are able to get help from another GP service for problems that will not wait until this practice re-opens. The new national 111 line has a team of GPs and nurses who are able to respond to your needs.
All you need to do is ring 111 and your call will be directly re-routed through to this.
Please use this service rather than the Accident and Emergency department for problems you would normally consult this practice about.

Middleton, Leeds LS10 4UZ, tel: 392 9800.
Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.
