This also contains a link to NHS England’s charter. In line with long established practice for many surgeries in Leeds we use an out of hours provider to deliver services between 6pm and 6.30pm. Online consultations sent during this time will still be managed by our team in practice the next working day but telephone and face to face demand will be delivered by local care direct when appropriate.
