About our practice
We welcome:
- New NHS patients
- Patients not registered with us needing access to specialised services we offer
- Foreign visitors not covered by the NHS on a private basis
We are open Monday to Friday and patients can be seen at either of our sites.
Both surgeries have car parking and facilities for the disabled and those with young children. There are also excellent public transport links and the Grange is located next to Seacroft bus station adjacent to Tesco
Patient Services
We pride ourselves on our level of care and treatment and over recent years we have been one of the highest achieving practices in the area for chronic disease management – Asthma, COPD, Cardiovascular Disease, Diabetes, High Blood Pressure and many more.
The practice provides the full range of general medical services and has a special interest in a variety of medicine and health management spheres.
Training Practice
We are very pleased that we are a training practice for GP registrars (fully qualified doctors who are undergoing further training to become independent GPs). Dr Walling is the GP trainer and oversees their training and time at the practice. Their presence increases the number of appointments for patients and provides and enhanced learning environment in the practice.
Leeds Care Record
In Leeds a virtual system has been developed called the Leeds Care Record. This holds key health and social care information about people living in Leeds. The system is designed to help share appropriate medical records with local hospitals and community services.
